LOS ANGELES ― The Court, the Honorable Ann I. Jones, Judge Presiding,
awarded in excess of $2.8 Million to three plaintiffs who had separately sued
Dama C. Chasle, aka Dama Claire Chasle, et al., and various Fox Entertainment
entities and had their cases previously consolidated for all purposes, including
for trial. The Court awarded the $2.8 Million to Beaux Carson, Carson
Signature Films, Inc., Jack Price and Kay Nelson, for lost income and
profits and emotional distress. The Fox entity defendants were previously
dismissed from the case by the Court, and are separately on appeal.
After having the judgment entered against her, i.e., against DAMA C. CHASLE, aka DAMA CLAIRE CHASLE, aka DAMA CHASLE, aka DAMA
CHAZEL, aka DAMA DICKERSON, aka DAMA STRIZAK, individually and dba SOARING
EAGLES PRODUCTIONS, Chasle first filed a bankruptcy and thereafter had the
bankruptcy dismissed. Chasle has also filed an appeal.
